Zelouf & Bell’s Beverly Hills Entertainment Trolley for Asprey London pays tribute to the legendary Beverly Hills Hotel, the ‘Pink Palace’ at the top of Rodeo Drive and Sunset Boulevard, long a haven for Hollywood’s elite. Issued in a limited edition of just six, the trolley’s design captures the spirit of the Art Deco-era luxury liner SS Normandie and San Juan’s Normandie Hotel.

The trolley's structure features lush marquetry in multiple shades of green, evoking the hotel’s iconic banana leaf pattern. Green-dyed timbers are inlaid with precision into a pink mother-of-pearl background, a labour-intensive process that highlights the artisanal skill involved. Custom, mirror-finished stainless steel rails encircle the trolley's graceful curves, doubling as handles. Mounted on concealed castors, the trolley glides effortlessly, and pull-out shelves in pink mother-of-pearl and emerald Paua shell reflect the vibrant stripes of the hotel’s iconic canopy, seen in vintage photographs of its lobby. Finishing details include sculpted bamboo-green pulls with concealed stingray inlay, offering both texture and surprise.
